It has many useful information, but I see author is trying so hard to tell good stories rather than providing knowledge. Anyone who just want to get the idea on how to modify your habit can just read the appendix and maybe some of the beginning chapters

Very informative, provides me with many facts about sleep that I've never known before. Moreover, I was surprised at how sleep isn't properly taught in our school system. After reading the book, I was quite concern about my current sleeping schedule.
