Orreadi is a portmanteau of the Singaporean English ('Singlish') word 'orreddi' and 'read'. The word 'orreddi' is itself the Singlish (mis)pronunciation of the word "already". Orreadi therefore helps you track all the books you read orreadi and get ideas for what to read next based on what your friends have read orreadi.

Orreadi is hosted and administered in Singapore and welcomes users from across the world.

If you've come from Goodreads or Librarything, yes, Orreadi is a lot like those platforms in that it is in essence a book social network and recommendation site. The difference is that Orreadi runs on open source software called BookWyrm and is a part of the Fediverse. You can seamlessly follow and interact with users on other BookWyrm instances, and on other Fediverse services like Mastodon and Pixelfed.

Welcome to Orreadi!

Orreadi is part of BookWyrm, a network of independent, self-directed communities for readers. While you can interact seamlessly with users anywhere in the BookWyrm network, this community is unique.

A Closed and Common Orbit is Orreadi's most beloved book, with an average rating of 5.0 out of 5.
More Orreadi users want to read Project Hail Mary than any other book.
Da Kloa Prinz Little Prince Bavarian has the most divisive ratings of any book on Orreadi.

Track your reading, talk about books, write reviews, and discover what to read next. Always ad-free, anti-corporate, and community-oriented, BookWyrm is human-scale software, designed to stay small and personal. If you have feature requests, bug reports, or grand dreams, reach out and make yourself heard.
